| When the problem
starts? Hyperacidity does not occur suddenly. This is a slow process - sometimes lasting years. If the body produces higher acid metabolic waste products than can be neutralised or excreted this will result in a hyperacidity of the organism. If the acid-base balance is imbalanced, the optimal functioning of the body will be impaired. The body deposits all hyperacids in connective tissue to release and excrete them as soon as sufficient basic minerals salts are available in the blood. In case of lack of alkaline mineral salts and continuous hyperacidity the body restores its own minerals, e.g. calcium from the bones which can result in the future in osteoporosis. |

The negative
influences - highly acidifying food (e.g. meat, cheese, sausage ) - too much stress - inflammatory processes - medicine - insufficient basifying food (e.g. fruit, vegetable, potatoes ) - insufficient minerals (e.g. grain products, nuts, vegetable, fruit ) - insufficient exercise - insufficient fresh air |
